Inspired Creations ~ Breakfast Buffet Reception

This beautiful breakfast buffet inspired photo shoot I found via Eat, Drink, Pretty just
evokes a feeling of calm, peaceful and serene.

The inspiration for this photo shoot was designed by Erin with Dandelion and Grey and was a laid back, brunch-style reception with champagne, bloody mary's, quiche, and homemade scones. Erin wanted to come up with a fresh alternative to the standard dinner reception and hosting a breakfast or brunch is a sweet, budget friendly alternative.

The shoot began in a gorgeous vintage farmhouse dresses placed in an idyllic, expansive field. Erin found a unique way to house the delicious comfort food by using antique kitchen tools and gadgets for the serving pieces.

Charming labels helped guests navigate the buffet, filled with traditional Southern favorites. Lovely hooks, nailed into a tree act as an escort card holder, and a sweet framed print leans against a tree letting guests know it's time to eat, grab your seat!

For a thoughtful favor, a darling recipe card was designed, complete with a delicious recipe for "Grandma's Biscuits". The favors were placed in a shallow vintage wooden shelf along with found objects like ceramic red hearts, patina silverware and more kitchen gadgets. A sweet colorful apron sways in the breeze and overlooks the lovely sun-drenched scene.
