Vintage Save the Date ~ Inspired by a Love of Kids

The darling concept behind this "Save the Date" engagement shoot was inspired by the couples love of children. This really touches me, since it combines so many elements that I cherish...true love; the hope and anticipation that comes with getting engaged; a Christ~centered relationship; and a shared passion to minister to children!

You have to head over to The Wedding Chicks to read their entire story, it's so beautiful.

While pursuing her passion for kids as the coordinator of the children's ministry at her
church, the bride~to~be prayed to meet the man of her dreams. In walks the groom~to~be
who began teaching in her 2nd grade class, and God blessed them with a love they never expected to find.

They are planning their wedding with a childlike theme ~ so they included the children they love most in their engagement shoot.

Such incredible inspiration!!

This is such a cute "Sweet Shoppe" party that Shelley with How Does She? planned for her twin daughter's first birthday. I am in awe of mom's with multiples, and the fact that Shelley could pull of a darling party like this while balancing it all is inspiring in my book!

Be sure to check out Shelley's post on How Does She? for a list and links to all the talented vendors who contributed to the party, as well as tutorials for her ruffled party streamers and darling cupcake centerpieces, which I for one can't wait to try!
